Scott Turley
Chief Executive Officer
Scott founded ClearStructure in 1998, and he oversees and contributes to all aspects of the business. Prior to starting ClearStructure, Scott was a Systems Manager and Research Analyst at Frank Russell Company and a Partner, Managing Director and one of the founding employees of Atlantic Asset Management when it was founded in 1992.
Jeremy Hintze
Chief Operating Officer
Jeremy joined ClearStructure in June 2004 and oversees daily operations including Analytics, Account Management, Quality Assurance, and Sales & Marketing. In addition, he works closely with the CEO to lead the business strategy and development for ClearStructure. Prior to joining ClearStructure he spent several years with the Structured Equity Finance Group at Deutsche Bank. Jeremy received an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
Jared Capson
Director of Development & Technology
Jared joined ClearStructure in May 1999. He is responsible for the overall development of all Sentry products, and for IT infrastructure. Prior to joining ClearStructure, he managed public communications and web development for The Aero Technologies Group. Jared graduated Summa Cum Laude from Brigham Young University.
Eliot Schwartz
Director of Finance, Legal & HR
Eliot joined ClearStructure in June 2004 and heads the finance and business operations for ClearStructure. Prior to joining ClearStructure Eliot worked at Pitney Bowes and, amongst other responsibilities, was responsible for the development and implementation of a territory software application used by the sales organization, among various other responsibilities. He received his M.B.A. from University of Connecticut and a Bachelor of Science from Brigham Young University.
Yupeng Zhang
Director of Research & Development
Yupeng joined ClearStructure in December 2006 and is responsible for the architecture and design of Sentry. In addition, he leads all R&D projects at ClearStructure. Prior to joining ClearStructure, Yupeng worked at Rudolph Technologies, Inc. as Technical Lead/Sr. Software Engineer. He also managed a software consulting business (AgileDev). He received his Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and Bachelors in Computer Science from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in China. He was awarded three US Patents in the computer imaging field.
